All orders are shipped through Federal Postal Service. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. You will be emailed a Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Please note if you require a split shipment due to a re-stock/pre-order it will incur a second delivery fee, you will be notified of this if necessary.

Switzerland & Europe

Free Shipping for orders over $150 USD. For all orders under $150 USD, a flat rate of $10 USD will apply. Shipping can take up to 5-15 Business days from dispatch.

Usa & Canada

Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For all orders under $100 USD, a flat rate delivery fee of $6 USD will apply. Shipping can take up to 5-10 Business days from dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:

Go to the homepage and click on your upper right side “Track Order”

Type in your order ID and Email then press “track”

Click on the tracking link that appears below each item

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a secure location. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.
