If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 21 days from the date of the parcel being delivered to you. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Return & Exchange Condition
  • Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.
  • All swimwear must be unused, with all tags and hygiene strips attached. For a bikini set (top &bottom) both pieces must be returned together. Young N Foxy will not take a return or exchange for individual pieces.
  • All lingerie, shapewear, and bodysuits must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached.
  • FINAL SALE: All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Also, e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Young N Foxy is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
How to Return

Your package must include the original order invoice. Complete the “Return Form ( Download Here )” section by placing a checkmark in the Return or Replacement box. Please tell us the reason you’re returning your purchase. Enclose your delivery note with the item(s), package up securely than mail it to us. Please use the original packaging if possible. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. Note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective or wrong item.
